      Getting your machine repaired

      01

Note the model and serial number

Both are on the machine’s rating plate.

      02

      Contact your regional centre

Describe the problem — photos or short videos help. The centre will tell you whether to bring the machine in or book a visit.

      03

      Under warranty?

Go through your dealer or your Superior Sany Solutions representative: they assign an authorized service provider. Repairs done anywhere else void the warranty.
